Style Spotlight | Met Gala 2014

My favorite fashion event of the year was back this week! I was a little underwhelmed with what I saw though. I feel like the Met Gala is the one place where you should go all out in full couture, but everything seemed a little lack-luster.

Best dressed for me hands down was Karolina Kurkova in Marchesa. My mouth completely dropped at the structure of the gown!

Kim Kardashian, though her dress wasn't very exciting, look gorgeous in the natural make-up look.

Loved the punk theme from the Met Gala which is hands down my favorite fashion event of the year. I would probably sell my soul to get to dress up and be in attendance. Here are some of my favorite looks from the night!

Blake Lively has quickly become the epitome of the "American Dream Girl". She is best friends with some of the worlds top designers and has first pick at haute couture pieces we could only dream of. For being very young and choosing to go sans-stylist this girl definitely has her own eye for style.
